Governor Cuomo demonstrates the proper way to wear a mask - on your chin!
The devil went down to Georgia

And he was willing to make a deal
Governor "made man" Cuomo decided that since he had solved all of New York's problems, he had time in his schedule to come down to Georgia and show them how things are done in New York. For example, put your CoVid patients in nursing homes - where they can keep the elderly company - for a short while at least! I'm not sure why he made this trip, other than is a blatantly political move. Perhaps he has Presidential ambitions. Maybe he'll make a poster about it.
You know, after three years of Trump weirdness, I am not sure we need more from Cuomo. All he needs is to gain 100 lbs and start tweeting and we're right back where we started.
But it raises the question, if he's been spending time in Georgia, won't he have to quarantine for 14 days when he returns to New York? After all that is the rule that he passed with his CoVid advisory. Or are the rules not applicable to government officials or to Governor Cuomo himself?
(Punchline: "Essential Workers" are exempt from the rules. Who determines who is an "Essential Worker"? Why, the governor himself! Rule by Imperial decree!)
Rules are only for a little people to follow, not big important people like mob boss Tony Cuomo.
